Due to the nature of our products and services, Oak and Olive Handmade does not accept returns or exchanges. 

If you are dissatisfied for any reason, then please contact us via the site's chat feature or contact form, email, or phone number within 5 business days with a refund request.  We will handle each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Our bath fizzes contain no SLSA or Polysorbate. Our reasoning was to create the most simple ingredient bath fizz possible. The trade off for this is the shea butter and kaolin do not mix fully into the water, a quick wipe down of the bath may be necessary on exit.
